Do you offer exclusive use of the venue?
Yes! When you book GumRock Ridge, the entire property is exclusively yours for the duration of your wedding. No overlapping events—just you, your guests, and your dream celebration.
How many guests can the barn accommodate?
Our rustic barn comfortably hosts up to 100 guests, with flexible layouts to suit your celebration.
Can we hold both the ceremony and reception at GumRock Ridge?
Absolutely. Many couples choose to have their ceremony in our outdoor spaces before moving into the barn for the reception. It keeps the day seamless and allows plenty of time for photos in the hinterland backdrop.
Do you have wet-weather options?
Yes—we know how unpredictable the weather can be. The barn provides a beautiful indoor option if needed, so you’ll never have to worry about your day being disrupted.
Are pets allowed at the venue?
Yes! Well-behaved pets are welcome at GumRock Ridge. Whether it’s your furry friend in the ceremony or joining in the photos, we’re happy to accommodate them. We just ask that pets are restrained and supervised at all times to keep everyone safe and comfortable.
Are we able to bring our own suppliers?
We welcome your choice of suppliers, but we can also recommend trusted local vendors who know the venue well. This way, you have the freedom to create a day that feels personal to you.
Is there accommodation nearby?
Yes! In addition to the variety of options within a short drive, we also have two cosy tiny homes on-site and space for camping, so your guests can stay right at the venue if they wish.
Can we style the venue ourselves?
Absolutely! GumRock Ridge is your canvas. You’re free to bring your own decorations and create a celebration that reflects your personal style.

Once a month, we open our doors for couples to explore our rustic barn, ceremony lawns, and the peaceful surrounds of our hinterland property. Join us on the first Saturday of every month, from 10:00am – 1:00pm, and explore the venue at your own pace.
